Not able to create, edit or move files locally w/out data/airplane. Last 2 updates have not resolved. About to switch to another service. Must have ability to work without dates, just as previous versions supported.

Since updating the app seems to not work on wifi which is odd. I had to change to cellular for it to upload a file, very inconvenient. You might want to check for more bugs.

The pdf view options were great! Please, bring them back.

What the hell? I updated the app and all my cache photos got deleted! Now I have to load all my pictures again. Not only that, the app keeps crashing and the whole layout is messed up. HORRIBLE UPDATE.

I really like the interface, but uploads crawl. I primarily use this app to store quick videos so I dont eat storage space on my phone. Files arent big. 2-3 mb on average. But if I have more than a couple to upload at the same time it takes forever! And I have to keep the app open or the upload fails. Multitasking does not work well. I got in early when it launched so I have 50GB of free storage, otherwise I would drop the app. Im hoping it gets better so Ill keep it up. But until it does, this doesnt inspire me to switch to paid yet.

Am using box on my IPad to watch videos, but now there is no sound on the videos while using this app. I have to go to internet to get videos to play with sound.

This app was great before. But the last update ruin it all. All my stored files are gone and unseeable even using Wi-Fi. I thought it was my connection. I open some folder and its just empty, refresh it couple times and still. Then I try to log out and now I cant even sign in. What a worse update, Box!

Half the pageis cut off

Flipping through pdf files is horrible. I prefer the free flow through pages. Now it slowly changes page by page

I love the convenience of this app for moving files around. Would love it if you made it easier to download Mp3 files. Right now i can download to a podcast app that has so many steps it painful.

Still issues opening/previewing with the latest update (3.8.3) They work fine on desktop, or through Box.com on mobile, but not in the app. This is happening on multiple iOS devices running various versions of iOS, and its not an isolated issue. Fix your stuff, Box. Luckily I had an old version backed up through iTunes, so I just restored the old version and am ignoring the update until they fix this issue.

Thank you so much for the recent 4/13 update!!! Off scrolling is restored and loading times are better than ever!!!

Ever since the developer released the update that changed the graphics (which look worse) the app has been crashing, attempting to save files and folders for offline use results in error messages, and the app will crash from time to time. This app worked much better prior to the major update that took place sometime in March.

The latest update to an update, 4/5/2016, really ruined this app. I loved the old app...it was fast and worked flawlessly. The new version opens slowly, and the passcode screen is locked in portrait mode. After entering passcode it takes forever to open, and the rotation from landscape to portrait and back are clunky. I uninstalled and reinstalled...same problem. I miss the old version...hope the new version is fixed soon!

Thanks for bringing traditional paging back! Please allow a way to turn editing feature off in preview!! Why is editing being allowed in PREVIEW mode?!! It used to be a clean interface where you could read documents saved on box that were edited on desktop. That should be the goal of preview! There are much better programs out there to edit documents before saving on box. Now there is the problem of trying to avoid messing up well crafted documents on preview with a small screen on iphone and ipad. Also, the sorting does not sort folders properly. Not alphabetized or organized correctly! There is also a problem with saving whole folders + their content for offline storage. Please look into this.

With the latest update, I have lost all sound when viewing video files. Development seems to be heading in the wrong direction.

This app I just downloaded from Apple, suggested by my university, to use on my iPhone, says I need Flash to upload files. As we all know, Flash and iPhone are not friends. So, how is this an iPhone app?? And the instructions are the size of parasites living on ants; when you try to enlarge, the image wont center on the screen. I have no idea how this is supposed to work, but I seriously doubt Ill use it more than the one time Im forced to. This is one giant step backward for mankind.

This isnt working right. Three updates ago screwed up this app. This use to the greatest online storage app. My business has used this for several years, but now it is a pain to get this to work correctly on iPads. I am going to have to move all my files to a better app if this isnt fixed soon. Please fix this app now!
