When you try to open video or audio files in iPhone 5s the app get terminated. Never worked after latest update.

All my offline files are gone. Cannot play video in app. Still broken after latest update!

The app crashes everytime I preview a file like PDFs or pptx, havent tested with other file types. After a few crashes it asks me to login again. The app is now nearly unusable.

Doesnt allow to edit. Only allows to view files

Sadly after several attempts to reset my password the app says invalid elements, whatever that means... Also tried to start a new account but again hit a wall of code written numbness. Sorry Box, epic fail

I was able to open a file from within the Box app and select "open in xxxx app", but after the update, that "Open in" app list was shortened and the other app I used with the file is no longer on he list within Box app. Please fix.

Newest update breaks the app

New update always gives error when uploading around 144 pictures that there is a same name conflict even though there isnt from iPhone update. It should figure out a way of changing the name.

Whenever there is an update of any sort, be it an app update or a folder update, everything you choose to make available offline disappears. If you dont have wifi turned on, You get the no network warning.

Cant open files in kindle anymore,please fix!

I uploaded my audio stuff and made them available offline. It worked till yesterday but today all my files offline is no more playing and even online not playing. Pls fix it

This app is simple. Clean. And uploading is pretty fast. It is easy to use and can download offline files unto your phone. Unfortunately, every so often the data gets off and you have to contact them to fix it. Like every month or so. Its been over 2 weeks and they still have not fixed it. Ive lost interest and am looking elsewhere for a reliable app because this is getting beyond frustrating ☹️

Audio from MP4 videos recorded from a Panasonic LX100 @ 1080p 60fps, stop working after about 10s of playback. Videos were downloaded to be viewed Offline. Please fix issue!

Keeps logging out, or crashing. Crashes and all offline files disappear. Very frustrating and wasting time.
