Flipping through pdf files is horrible. I prefer the free flow through pages. Now it slowly changes page by page
Crashes daily. Every time the app crashes it requires me to log back in and resync my offline files. This has been going on for over a year. Obviously their developers are incapable of building a quality app.
Had to use this because a group member insists on using this over Google Drive. Its bad enough that it uses Office online, but I cant edit files on the app. Thats kind of a basic feature.
Latest version was working, now crashes on launch every time on iPad Pro. Completely unacceptable.
After updating to the latest version, I found I was logout. After I login again, files are synced very slowly. After one day, it is still not finished.
Has always lagged and crashed. Fails to sync, now.

I had the pleasure is of visiting Box HQ; awesome people and great food. That said, the UI of this app is unforgivably convoluted: it took three of my best IT people to figure out how to upload my import business files. This resulted in huge losses of productivity, which is funny considering how Box is supposed to be the business leaning alternative to the far superior Dropbox. When I attempted to contact box for client support, the rep proceeded to insult my intelligence and belittle me as both a hard working American and small business owner. He had the audacity to put me on hold for 5 min because "there was a Charizard hella close." For the limited time he gave me on the phone, he was frequently inattentive as he would pause to use his vape. TL; DR - horrible app and customer service but great facility and food
This is a great tool, you have access from your file from anywhere. This is more than just a file sync and share, document management from any device.
I can not open or remove the application from my iPhone. It is in "waiting" status for almost a month.
It crashes constantly. A waste of time.
I can send a link to a file but I am not able to attach the file to my email like I could last week. Not sure what happened. Dropbox and Skydrive still works, but Box asks for me to "retry" or "cancel". I clicked on "app support" and there is a huge forum of all kinds of good info and not very user friendly to make a quick, "please fix this request" so I am hoping the dev team sees this review. Ill edit it once the fix is release. I am paying for it monthly and really want this functionality to return. Thanks!
Current folder view prevents easily identifying folder names.
I have been using this app with a few bugs here and there then one day a good chunk of my photos just disappear without me deleting theme. This is not right you should take more pride in your company. Why dont you higher some decent tech gurus to help resolve this is issue and make this a decent cloud service. Also you shouldnt put out updates if you dont acknowledge the bad reviews you are receiving. Please take this in consideration and fix this.
Latest update has issues and skips over songs. Still no way to hit back to reply songs. Constantly makes me log back in and I lose all my offline files.
Great for business use; integrates with all the other apps I use, and syncs across devices seamlessly. One stop shop!
