iPad Air 1, 8.1, jail broken. The screen is too narrow and/or too short (truncated) in either landscape or portrait mode since the last four updates! This results in the menu-bar to be mostly hidden and inaccessible. You can scroll/slide to see some of the menu-bar but the screen "snaps back" before you can tap the command! I cant download or manipulate any files; heck, I cannot even rate (the app) or ask for help within the app because the "send" button is inaccessible. Im deleting this version and restoring my last working one to download my stuff and then Box is history!

"Open in" option is back in ver 3.8.9. Thank you. I can use the app again.

Great update... now were able to edit in MS apps with SSO authorization!

Best in class compared with Dropbox, OneDrive, and Google Drive.

Ive updated the app to the latest version and have upgraded to iOS 10, as well, yet the "Open in ..." feature STILL does not work in the Mail app. Ive already rebooted the phone. Does anyone have any recommendations for getting this to work? Thanks!

Ive been using box for several years, and it has never disappointed me. Quick and easy way to upload my music, pictures , and documents and edit them as I wish.

Booooooo this app stinks there articles said that it could give me 50gbs for only 99c and then I found out it had nothing to do with that if you are looking for more storage I do NOT think this the one for u

Its one of my favorite cloud apps. Id really appreciate a search function that picks up on tagged photos, and give me the choice to choose a default for viewing photos instead of having to go through two to three taps to get the view I want every time.

Box is one of my most used apps, lately its not opening my pdfs.....please fix

I set email notifications to off, but every time I email documents to upload I get a notification for each attachment. Kind of ridiculous when uploading dozens of documents at a time. There also issues with offline mode, often it doesnt sync new files even when the folder is set to offline Also the user interface is not very intuitive. Deleting multiple files takes too many steps. Overall not a good alternative to Dropbox.

Ive been using box for a year and a half for that time it worked perfectly but the last update messed it all up the app now refuses to open and I dont know what to do I hope they fix this soon

Have used this cross platform for the last few years, but apparently thats over now. Cant even open it on my iPad as of the last few days. I really depended on this app, but clearly cant any longer.

Update: still not working right after a month of horrible updates! Does NOT save files after editing them as PDF. Very unreliable and I do not suggest using. Old comment: I must have access to files without a data or wifi connection. The last update took away the ability to use or modify files offline and says there is no "network connection." Please fix! Will change rating once resolved.

Use this for all my work and clients and will have to find a different app if this issue isnt fixed soon :/

I am sick of this. I keep having trouble when uploading images from my photos app. The top right icon shows a green checkmark, but the images is not uploaded. This used to work flawlessly, but since the last update, I have to go to my Mac, copy the file locally then upload there. PLEASE FIX.

What the hell? I paid to upgrade this and it failed. This entire app is a freaking failure. Dont download it. -S

The app still keeps crashing

After the latest update it does not open anymore...Sits at password screen then after about 30 seconds it closes! Update. It was broken after update on 4/4. They quickly fixed it and all is great now on 4/5!!!

Box is used by me more than Google Drive and Dropbox. Latest update is much better, but I still do not like the UI changes.
